Cabin Fever 3: Patient Zero is a 2014 Horror Film written by Jake Wade Wall and Directed by Kaare Andrews, it stars Sean Astin, Currie Graham and Ryan Donowho.
I really enjoyed this movie a lot, and it was really Gory, i highly recommend this to people who enjoyed the 1st movie.
There are NO special features on the UK Blu Ray Release which is unfortunate.
